Do I qualify to receive my deposit back?
As a purchaser of real estate, you have rights under Florida law. If you did not close on your property within two years from the date you signed the contract, if there have been material changes to what you have purchased (including changes by the developer to the size of your unit, the building, amenities, etc.), if you were provided with false or misleading promotional materials or if you were not provided with every required document from the developer under Florida law, then you should contact us immediately. Our team of experienced attorneys will assist you in your attempt to recover your deposit and/or cancel your real estate contract. In addition, if you purchased a condominium unit as part of a Condo-Hotel, please contact us by filling out the form above.

We represent individuals and businesses in their attempt to recover their deposits in new-construction condominium contracts, condominium conversion contracts and new-construction single family home contracts as well as their attempt to rescind post-construction and even post-closing real estate contracts. We also represent individuals and businesses that purchased Condo-Hotel units. Our attorneys specialize in assisting purchasers in Florida and New York with real estate deposit recovery claims and contract cancellations.  We protect our client’s rights!
